juvenile arthritis

We have recently learned that our 9 year old daughter has juvenile arthritis. She has been having problems with swelling of her right knee since May and have recently gotten the final word after blood tests, MRI, Xray and second opinions. She is doing fairly well it's just a tricky disease that needs a watchful eye. We are so thankful that she is able to do all of her daily activities with little discomfort and that her medicines are working so far. I am so proud of her and that she has had many challenges in her small life but she is such a sweet girl with a great attitude....rarely a complaint. We will go on this journey much like we do with everything else in life.....a positive attitude, knowledge and hard work.
